the story so far
Working in the cocktails bars of East London Oli fell in love with a slower, more social way of drinking. A ritualistic coming together at the end of the day with drinks that were bright, bitter and bubbly.
It was called Aperitivo, and Oli wanted to share it with as many people as possible.
Traditional Aperitivo brands felt stuffy and full of confusing traditions & rules. The only brand people did know offered only one flavour, was high in sugar and with a fiddly recipe.
So he set out to change things…
